Dear ONCO Clients, We have learned from the CoC that they will now be accepting this years’ NCDB Call for Data files in v18 format. We understand that some clients might not have time to perform the 4.6.0 upgrade and may need to report in the v18 format. To that end, we have prepared updated v18D edit sets for NCDB and RCRS that will allow you to complete your data submissions prior to updating to OL version 4.6.0. You will still need to upgrade in order to properly complete and report cases for 2021 and for state reporting once they are able to receive data files in XML format.
